Every Monday I'll be sharing with you the books I've come across that really make me want to read. If you've read them, then tell me what you think, should I read or should I avoid? This week it's Blood Money by Perrin Briar, with an excellent cover and blurb it instantly grabbed my attention, that coupled with the fact that it is set in a post-apocalyptic world ruled by creatures call lurchers made me add the book to my TBR pile.
Haven's crew found Jordan Grant half-dead floating at sea. With a six-year hole in his memory, he remembers nothing of the Incident or the Lurchers who have claimed the land as their own.
He joins the crew in their daily struggle to survive in a harsh new world where every meal is live or die.
But when a shipwreck forces them from the safety of the sea, the crew must battle a new enemy, and Jordan must come to terms with the horrors in his own past.
